I want to hire a head piece, what do I do?

If you see a Hair Piece that you would like to hire for your wedding day, drop us an email with your wedding date and chosen Bon Bon Peice and we will process the order for you.

I've hired a hair piece, what if I change my mind and want to keep it after the wedding?

That's absolutely no problem. We will already have taken a deposit to cover the purchase price of the hair piece so if you decide to keep it as a special momento then just let us know as soon as you can.

How do I return a headpiece to you?

Simply pop your hair piece back into its original box and print off your returns label that we have emailed to you. Take it to your nearest Hermes Parcelshop and we will let you know when we have received it. For our full Returns and rental policy, please see our T's & Cs page.

I'm going on honeymoon after the wedding so how long do I have to return it?

We do ask that we have the headpiece back at Bon Bon HQ 10 days after your wedding, which will give us chance to clean and recycle your hairpiece for the next Bon Bon Bride. We are happy to extend this timeframe if needed (charges may apply). Just let us know beforehand and we will arrange a return date directly with you.
